Lime & Coriander Brown Rice
Lime and Coriander really give the brown rice a subtle satisfying taste. This Rice goes very well with many dishes
Preparation time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Serves: 2-3 | Vegan
Aircraft (Crew) Friendly
- 1 cup Brown Rice
- 1 tbsp oil/butter
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 tsp lime zest
- ½ fresh lime juice
- ½ fresh coriander (finely chopped, incl. stem)
1. Cook the brown rice according to packaging, and add 1 tbsp oil/butter, ½ tsp salt and 1 bay leaf with the rice.
2. When the brown rice is complete, rince the rice with cold water and put the rice back in the warm pot.
3. Stir in the lime zest, lime juice and fresh coriander and serve hot.
