Mango Coconut Smoothie

I love mango and coconut, so why not make a smoothie out of it. This smoothie is so refreshing for the Summer Months.
Total time: 10 minutes | Serves: 1 | Vegan
Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Mango (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon flaked coconut (optional)
Method
1. Using a blender, place all the fruits into a jug or bottle and blend until smooth. (The coconut milk will give it a delicious creamy flavour to it)
Freeze the Mango a night before for a refreshing Ice Cold Mango Coconut Smoothie.
