Berry Banana


Have left over fruits? Make yourself a smoothie! I love smoothies, it’s my ‘healthy’ intake for the day, especially if you are keeping a diet and want to stay full for longer.


Total time: 5 minutes | Serves: 2 (600 ml) | Vegan


Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • 1 Apple (Cored and sliced)
  • 1 cup Almond milk

Method

1. Using a blender, place all the fruits into a jug or bottle sized 600ml or more, and blend until smooth.

Freeze the fruits a night before for a refreshing Ice Cold Berry Banana Smootie.
